Instructions for presentation

Oral Presentation

Before a session starts, all speakers in that session should set up their PCs and confirm that their slides are displayed properly. Please leave their PCs connected to the switch box to which a maximum of 6 PCs can be connected.

The time for contributed talk is 20 minutes including 5 minutes for discussions. The remaining time will be displayed on a PC just in front of the speaker.

Poster Presentation

Two poster boards, each 90 cm wide and 210 cm high, are allotted for each poster. Each poster should be prepared to fit inside the total area (180 cm wide and 210 cm high) with enough margins on both sides.
